MORE than 160 new coronavirus cases have been recorded in Hampshire in 24 hours.
Public Health England figures - as recorded on the Government website at 4.43pm today - show that 167 more people have tested positive for the virus in a 24 hour period.
Across the county, there has been a total of 95,684 positive tests since the start of the pandemic in March 2020 - around 6.95 per cent of the county's population.
Below are the confirmed cases by local authority on June 18:
- Basingstoke and Deane: 20 (8,474 in total since start of pandemic)
- East Hampshire: 6 (5,015)
- Eastleigh: 10 (5,990)
- Fareham: 6 (5,348)
- Gosport: 2 (3,950)
- Hart: 18 (4,563)
- Havant: 1 (7,202)
- New Forest: 6 (6,324)
- Portsmouth: 32 (14,736)
- Rushmoor: 8 (7,991)
- Southampton: 43 (15,434)
- Test Valley: 7 (5,603)
- Winchester: 8 (5,054)
