TRAFFIC is building on a Hampshire motorway after reports of a crash.
The incident happened on the eastbound carriageway of the M27 near junction 11 for Fareham at about 7am.
Initially all three lanes were closed but two lanes have now been reopened, although delays of at least 90 minutes are being reported.

Drivers are being advised to check their route before travelling.
It is not known if anyone has been injured in the crash.
