This competition is promoted by Newsquest (company no. 1676637) with registered office address at Loudwater Mill, Station Road, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP10 9TY. Prize provider is RCL Cruises Ltd t./a Royal Caribbean (company no. 07366612) with registered office address at Building 3, The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 0NY who shall be responsible to the winner for the prize. ENTRY DETAILS

• The promoter of this competition is Newsquest with registered office address at Loudwater Mill, Station Road, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP10 9TY(the “Promoter”, “we”, “us”)..

• Please note that this competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering this competition, entrant (“you”) are providing information to RCL Cruises Ltd, not to Instagram. You acknowledge and agree that you completely release Instagram from any liability which it might otherwise have incurred as a result of you entering this competition.

• This competition is only open to UK residents aged 18 years of over living within the following postcode catchment areas SO / BH / DT / SP

• Employees of Promoter, any business within the Royal Caribbean group of international companies, their affiliates or anyone else professionally associated with this competition are expressly excluded from entering.

• All information on how to enter this competition that is not contained in these terms and conditions shall also form an integral part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that these terms and conditions are accepted and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. Submission of any image(s) and/or information by entrant will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.

HOW TO ENTER

• To enter the entrant will need to submit a 30 second video detailing why they want to win the Ultimate Family Holiday by uploading the video to Instagram with the hashtage #newsquestcruise and tagging the relevant publication, for example @dailyecho...

• All video content will be judged on novelty, creativity, informativeness and entertainment value.

• By uploading any video, participant understands and agrees they accept these terms and conditions.

• Only one video entry may be submitted per entrant.

• No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.

• Entrant warrants and undertakes that:

• any video uploaded via #newsquestcruise must be original using a mobile phone/camera (digital or otherwise) of the participant.

• all videos are the exclusive property of the entrant;

• the permission of all persons featured in any footage uploaded have been obtained including parents/guardians of children under 18 years old (and any such parents/guardians have complied with any legal requirements necessary to authorise use of the image(s) of the children in accordance with these terms and conditions to use their image for the purposes described in these terms and conditions). We may contact you and/or persons featured to verify this; and

• the image(s) do not infringe any rights of anyone including, but not limited to, copyright of any third party or any laws including privacy laws.

• No video uploaded shall be in bad taste, feature nudity, profanity or sexual acts or anything that would contravene English law.

• Participant licenses to the Promoter and Royal Caribbean a free of charge license to use in perpetuity any and/or all of the footage submitted to Promoter for the benefit of promoting Royal Caribbean International and Promoter shall be free to feature any or all of the images on its Royal Caribbean UK Facebook page and/or any other marketing materials including publications, websites, social networking sites, emails, direct marketing in any form for the promotion of this competition and/or post-competition or future marketing campaigns with or without reference to the entrant as author. Where Promoter wishes to reference the name of the entrant as author of the image(s), the entrant consents to such reference in all forms of marketing material.

• Promoter may reject any submissions, or at any time disqualify entrants, if the submissions or the entrant/user’s use of the Instagram is in breach of any of these terms and conditions and/or in Promoter’s reasonable opinion, is inappropriate because, without limitation, it infringes and/or may infringe third party rights, defames other persons and/or denigrates trademarks, institutions and/or cultures and/or is in any manner in breach of the laws, moral, uses and/or etiquette rules generally required from internet users.

• Late, incomplete, invalid and/or corrupt submissions will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received.

• To withdraw from this competition, entrant must notify the Promoter by email to promotions@newsquest.co.uk requesting the same.

• This competition shall begin at 09:00 GMT on 4th September 2018 and end at 12:00 GMT on 30th September 2018 and shall consist of the following phases. No entries will be accepted after the closing date.

COMPETITION TIMINGS

SELECTION OF COMPETITION FINALISTS

• From the entries submitted, the Promoter via a panel of judges (one of which shall be independent) will select three finalists (“Finalists”) to take part in a filming on board Independence of the Sea on 25 October 2018 (if unforeseen circumstances prevent filming an alternate date of 28 October 2018 or any other date maybe selected by the Promoter) (“Filming Date”).

• The names of the Finalists will be announced on the 14th October and finalists will be contacted via social media.

• Finalists agree to feature in promotional materials of the Promoter and RCL Cruises Ltd t/a Royal Caribbean promoting this competition.

• The Finalists must be available to travel to Southampton to board the Royal Caribbean vessel Independence of the Seas from 9am to 3pm on the Filming Date with their family where the Promoter will film and take photographs of the Finalists and their families and require the Finalists and their families to report on their experiences on board the vessel with the theme of what makes a cruise special.

• Finalists must confirm their availability for filming on the Filming Date within 48 hours of being notified by the Promoter. If we do not hear from the Finalist during this time or if we cannot contact the Finalist or if the Finalist does not comply with these terms and conditions, we will award opportunity to be on board the vessel Independence of the Seas to another Finalist and his/her family. Finalists must arrive in good time before the filming on the Filming Date.

• The videos and photographs of the Finalists and their families will then be shared in any or all marketing material of the Promoter, including social media channels.

SELECTION OF COMPETITION WINNER

• The filming will be judged as follows:

• 100 per cent of the judging will be from a panel of qualified judges determined by the Promoter plus one independent judge.

• All video content will be judged on novelty, creativity, informativeness and entertainment value.

• The decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

PRIZE DETAILS

The prize provider is RCL Cruises Ltd t/a Royal Caribbean (company no. 07366612) with registered office address at Building 3, The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 0NY.

Prize: an 7-night Eastern Caribbean cruise on the Royal Caribbean vessel Harmony of the Seas sailing from Fort Lauderdale, Florida on 17th February 2019, for a minimum of three and maximum of five people with at least one guest being over 21 years old travelling together as a group and staying in a Oceanview stateroom. Any child member of the group is required to have the prior permission from the child’s parents or legal guardians to attend the cruise. The Prize will include economy return flights from selected UK airports, departing 16th February and returning 24th February (arriving back in the UK in the morning on 25th February). Prize also includes hotel accommodation the night prior to the sailing date. Prize includes in destination transfers, cruise gratuities and standard meals onboard (excluding specialty dining). Drinks are NOT included.

• The Prize may only be redeemed by the Winner.

• Once the Winner has indicated the other family members travelling with the Winner and the booking has been confirmed by the Promoter, changes to the names, dates or nature of the booking shall not be permitted.

Winner shall be required to obtain travel insurance for all of his/her party and provide evidence of such insurance on request. All parties will need a valid passport and visa to travel to the US and UK passport holders can apply under the Visa Waiver Program.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equivalent value or amend the competition without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

• The Prize has no cash value and it cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash or an alternative holiday, or combined with any other offer, promotions or discount.

• Winner and his/her family agree to sharing content through his/her social networking channels and be active in promoting their experience with Royal Caribbean. This includes but is not limited to: live tweeting, Facebook, Instagram, content sharing whilst onboard, completion of a Q&A to feature on Royal Caribbean blog and to become a guest blogger on www.royalcaribbean.co.uk to write seven blogs following the events.

• When sharing content on the Royal Caribbean UK Facebook page and his/her personal Facebook page, Winner must include the Royal Caribbean name (royalcaribbeanuk) and on Twitter the UK handle (@MyRoyalUK), including #sponsored.

• Winner understands and agrees that it is a condition that permission to embark the Prize cruise is subject to compliance with Royal Caribbean International’s booking conditions (as applicable) which are available at http://www.royalcaribbean.co.uk/terms-and-conditions. Winner agrees to read and make Winner’s family aware of the booking terms and conditions prior to travel.

• Winner and his/her family must have valid UK passports and travel documents at all times.

• By receipt of the prize, Winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Promoter and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in this competition or receipt or use or misuse of the prize.

• Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this competition, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this competition, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion.

• Prize provider is a data controller and will process personal data in accordance with its privacy policy available at https://www.royalcaribbean.co.uk/privacy/.

• This competition shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.
