BEAULIEU Motorcycle World (MCW) was a must-see show for anyone interested in, involved with or completely passionate about bikes.
Off-road, on-road, quads, classics, modern and sporting could all be found during the two-day event held in June 2001 that saw the grounds of the National Motor Museum filled with the great and the good from the bike world, which gives fair claim to the title.
Some visitors spent all day enjoying the show. Vendors offered show bargains, dealers had the latest bikes on display and static displays of veteran, vintage and classic bikes sporting and road provided an opportunity to see a living’ motorcycle encyclopaedia.
Major manufacturers that attended the show include BMW, Aprilia, Ducati, Royal Enfield, Victory, Suzuki and Yamaha.
Many bikes, including the new models, had special exhibition prices.
There was also the opportunity to meet race teams and riders.
