Ryan Dickson
Former Saints defender Ryan Dickson has signed for League One club Colchester United.
Dickson was released from St Mary’s in June after playing 23 games and scoring one goal.
The full-back failed to break into the Saints first team in last two seasons and had spells on loan at Yeovil Town, Leyton Orient and Bradford City.
He has now signed of the U’s after impressing in pre-season.
