SAINTS midfielder James Ward-Prowse was among the scorers as England U21 went goal crazy in France tonight.
The skipper netted a first half penalty as Gareth Southgate’s Young Lions strolled to a 7-1 group win over Guinea.
It was England’s second successive win, following a 1-0 victory over Portugal last Thursday.
Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish struck twice on his U21 debut, while Fulham striker Cauley Woodrow also netted a brace.
Norwich’s Nathan Redmond and an own goal completed England’s tally – and all after they had conceded a first minute opener!
Ward-Prowse was replaced at half-time, while his ex-Saints colleague Callum Chambers came on in the second half.
