Saints have been drawn away to Leicester if they can make it to the fourth round of the Carabao Cup.
Mark Hughes’ team travel to Everton on Tuesday night for the third round fixture, but now that a trip to the face former manager Claude Puel’s side at the King Power awaits them if they get past the Toffees.
It is the third time in a row this season they have been drawn away to fellow Premier League opposition in the competition.
