Alex McCarthy and Stuart Armstrong are reportedly fit to play against AFC Bournemouth this weekend.
McCarthy arrived at St George's Park nursing an injury and failed to train before returning to Staplewood prior to England's draw with Croatia.
Scotland midfielder Armstrong limped off the pitch during his side's home defeat to Portugal last Sunday.
Given that Bournemouth have scored in every Premier League home tie at the Vitality Stadium, McCarthy's return would be timely.
And although Armstrong has struggled to become a regular feature in the starting line-up since his summer arrival from Celtic, the midfielder will give Mark Hughes an extra option.
