Ralph Hasenhuttl is predicting a "tough challenge" for Saints at Leicester.

Former Saints boss Claude Puel, whose Leicester team were knocked out of the FA Cup by Newport County, has a good record against Saints since leaving the club, and is hoping to extend that when the side's meet at the King Power Stadium.

Hasenhuttl said: "We both did not the best job in the FA Cup.

"We have a chance to do another game but they went off and not very glad about that I am sure.

"Now it’s the Premier League and a completely different game now.

"They are a strong team and a challenge for us but we are going there to get three points because we need to come out of this relegation zone so we have to get some wins or draws.

"If it's a draw we take it, if it’s a win it’s better.

"We know about this tough challenge we are facing and a tough team with a lot of individual quality. Vardy and a few other players if you give them space and time they can kill you and that’s what we don’t want.

"For us it’s important to go with self confidence we built up.

"We can play away a good tactical game like we did against Chelsea but the decision to transition forward with space and more acceleration will be necessary.

"We have to show ourselves and our fans we are able to do."
