Birmingham boss Garry Monk insists his club are determined to hang on to Che Adams.
The 22-year-old striker netted last night as the Blues drew 3-3 with Swansea in the Championship to make it 15 goals for the season for the former non-league hotshot.
Saints are interested in a potential deal for Adams, but the club's former defender Monk does not want him to leave.
He said: “We can’t afford to lose our most important players, everyone knows that, the owners know that and they’re on the same page as me. And you can see how committed Che is.”
