SAINTS duo Stuart Armstrong and Michael Obafemi are in line to make their return from injury on Sunday against Arsenal.

Summer signing Armstrong missed the 2-1 defeat to Cardiff with a minor calf strain before travelling with the squad to Tenerife for their warm-weather training camp.

Obafemi, who has been out of action since December, is also likely to feature at the Emirates Stadium due to the current shortage of strikers.

By loaning out Manolo Gabbiadini to Sampdoria in January, Saints left themselves with Danny Ings, Obafemi, Shane Long, Sam Gallagher and Charlie Austin up front.

However, Ings picked up another hamstring injury during the draw with Burnley at the beginning of this month, which also prevented him from last week’s training camp.

Obafemi’s setback couldn’t have come at a worse time for him, and Saints, after he netted his maiden Premier League goal in the 3-1 victory over Huddersfield, only to pick up a hamstring injury.
