Shane Long has scored the fastest goal in Premier League history.
The Republic of Ireland striker achieved the remarkable milestone in tonight’s game against Watford at Vicarage Road where he netted after just seven seconds.
Watford had the kick-off to start the match and passed the ball back to defender Craig Cathcart.
Long quickly closed down the clearance and broke forward to score past Ben Foster.

It broke the previous record of 9.9 seconds which had stood since 2000 when Ledley King scored for Tottenham against Bradford.
