SAINTS will play either Middlesbrough or Tottenham at home in the fourth round of the FA Cup.

The fixture is due to take place between Friday, 24 - Monday, 27 January.

Middlesbrough came close to causing an upset against Premier League side Tottenham when the two teams met last weekend.

Jonathan Woodgate's side took the lead through Ashley Fletcher in the second half, only for Lucas Moura to equalise moments later.

The replay will take place at Tottenham's White Hart Lane on Tuesday, 14 January.

Spurs boss Jose Mourinho picked a strong team for the match, making just a handful of changes to his starting XI.

He is currently having to deal with the loss of star striker Harry Kane.

Kane suffered a hamstring injury during the Premier League match with Saints on New Year's Day.

It's the second time in a row that Saints will play at home in the FA Cup this season, as their third-round fixture was also played on the south coast.

Ralph Hasenhuttl's side reached the next stage of the tournament after beating Championship outfit Huddersfield 2-0 on Saturday.

Academy duo Will Smallbone and Jake Vokins were both on the scoresheet in what could prove to be a glimpse into the club's future.
