NEIL Lennon admits he’ll have to speak to his bosses about the futures of Fraser Forster and Mohamed Elyounoussi.

The Saints loanees are set to return to St Mary’s at the conclusion of this season but that’s been thrown into the air because of elite-level football going into lockdown.

And speaking to the Daily Record in Scotland, Lennon explained the two clubs will need to resolve the issue together.

He said: “This has thrown up all sorts of interesting quirks and questions.

“I would need to speak to Peter Lawwell or Michael Nicholson on that subject.

“It’s another thing I will now have to think about. There may well be a conversation with Southampton on that.”

The duo both joined Celtic last summer after realising they weren't going to feature in Ralph Hasenhuttl's plans.

Forster has been lauded due to some of his heroics in a Celtic shirt this season, with Elyounoussi also impressing.
