CHERRIES striker Joshua King is reportedly wanted by “four of the top six clubs in the Premier League this summer” according to Sky Sports.

The Norwegian frontman, who was subject to a transfer bid from Manchester United in January, is the club’s record top-flight scorer with 46 league goals for the Dorset outfit.

In February, King admitted he had “some faith” his last-gasp January switch to boyhood club United could have happened but added: “I’m going to give everything to Bournemouth as long as I’m in this club.”

Speaking to Norwegian outlet TV2 after the links to United, King also said: “The coach (Eddie Howe) was absolutely fantastic with me during those days and was very helpful with me.

“I have respect for how he behaved with me during the little episode.

“So, I just have to keep working hard to try to help the club out of the situation we’re in now.”
