Southampton freeze 2020/21 season ticket prices

The St Mary’s side have also introduced ‘The Saints Promise’, which is a series of commitments to supporters should any matches need to be played behind closed doors.

Season ticket sales will be available from Monday, 22 June [11am], for both renewals and new purchasers.

In recognition of the current situation, an extended renewal window will remain open until Tuesday, 1 September.

Saints recently explained that a pro-rata credit equivalent to the value of the remaining four home matches of the 2019/20 campaign has been applied for existing season ticket holders, due to these games taking place behind closed doors.

These credits will be added to fans’ ticketing accounts and will be automatically available to use towards a 2020/21 season ticket.

Please note: The loyalty prices relate to when the pro-rata credit is applied to season ticket renewals.

However, supporters not wishing to renew their season ticket can ask for a refund of their pro-rata credit.

To help the St Mary’s faithful pay for their season ticket, Saints are introducing a three-month instalment plan.

This will be managed directly by the club and will not come at an additional cost to supporters, who also won’t need a credit check to pay via this method.

Any adult that renews will receive a £35 voucher, which can be used on a range of items including away travel and retail purchases.

The St Mary’s side’s new initiative, ‘The Saints Promise’, involves a number of commitments designed to protect supporters should games continue to be played behind closed doors next season.

Saints are guaranteeing a pro-rata refund for ay home fixture that goes ahead without supporters.

The club also said season ticket holders will receive priority for any ballot allocation should capacity need to be reduced at any stage.
