SIX members of Saints' first-team squad could represent their countries this week as the first rounds of UEFA Nations League fixtures get underway.
Danny Ings and James Ward-Prowse have both been rewarded for their fine form last season with a return to the England squad, looking to add to their one and two senior caps respectively.
Elsewhere, Stuart Armstrong has kept his place in the Scotland squad, while Jannik Vestergaard has been named in new boss Kasper Hjulmand's Denmark selection.
Fellow centre-back Jan Bednarek will be looking to add to his 21 senior Poland caps, while striker Shane Long, who debuted for Republic of Ireland in 2007, is part of Stephen Kenny's first squad as manager.
