ANDERLECHT are in talks to sign Saints defender Wesley Hoedt, according to a report on Football Insider.
The centre-back joined Saints from Lazio for £15million in 2017, but has spent the past 18 months out on loan at Celta Vigo and then Royal Antwerp.
And a return to Belgium could be on the cards, with the report claiming Hoedt is "in discussions" over a move to Vincent Kompany's Anderlecht.
Hoedt, 26, has made 45 appearances for Saints, but none since November 2018.
