A DOUBLE from striker Dan N’Lundulu proved not enough as Saints’ B team were held to a 2-2 draw with West Ham at Staplewood in Premier League 2.
The frontman fired the opener with a well-placed strike across goal before converting a second half penalty, awarded after a foul on Josh Sims, to put Dave Horseman’s side in control.
But back came the Hammers with 56 minutes on the clock.
Oladapo Afolayan burst on to a ball over the top before placing the ball past Angus Gunn in the home goal.
And the visitors grabbed a share of the spoils when Saints were penalised for a handball inside the box.
Irons skipper Conor Coventry stepped up to level the contest with two minutes remaining.
