MANCHESTER United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is waiting on the fitness of Victor Lindelof and Aaron Wan-Bissaka ahead of Sunday’s trip to Saints.

The pair were taken off as injury precautions during United’s 4-1 Champions League victory over Istanbul Basaksehir on Tuesday.

"Hopefully they'll be ready for the weekend," Solskjaer told BT Sport when asked about the duo.

"It's ankle for Aaron and back for Victor. There was no point taking any more risks."

Saints host United in the Premier League, looking to extend to eight games their unbeaten run.
