SAINTS youngster David Agbontohoma is reportedly on trial at Championship outfit Sheffield Wednesday.
YorkshireLive claim the centre-back featured in an under-23s game for the Owls as a trialist this week.
Wednesday named several trialists in their line-up to face Watford on bank holiday Monday at Hillsborough, in which they sealed a 2-1 win.
Agbontohoma was originally at Arsenal before joining Saints’ academy and signing a one-year professional deal last August.
The Sheffield star also claim Agbontohoma was listed on a team sheet for the Owls under-23s against Colchester last month.
