SAINTS are officially set for another season in the Premier League, after Fulham's relegation was confirmed this evening.
Scott Parker's side had to avoid defeat against Burnley at Craven Cottage to stand any chance of hauling themselves out of trouble with just three games remaining.
However, first-half goals from Ashley Westwood and Chris Wood guided Sean Dyche's men to a 2-0 win in the capital to seal Fulham's fate.
Fulham will be relegated to the Championship alongside Sheffield United and West Bromwich Albion.
Burnley's victory drops Saints to 17th in the table, but Ralph Hasenhuttl's side are 10 points clear of the bottom three.
They could move up to 14th with victory over Crystal Palace at St Mary's tomorrow (8.15pm).
