SAINTS B team final pre-season friendly at Yeovil Town has been cancelled due to positive Covid-19 tests in the opposition camp.
Dave Horseman's side were due to complete their 2021/22 preparations on Tuesday night, but will no longer make the trip to Huish Park.
They were heading to the National League Somerset outfit off the back of victories over AFC Totton and Salisbury, in what would have been their toughest test of the three against a professional side.
Their Premier League 2 campaign kicks off at Staplewood this Sunday, with a visit from Norwich.
The club have also advised that supporters who purchased tickets for the Yeovil friendly can claim a refund by contacting Yeovil's ticket office on 01935 847888 or by emailing ticketoffice@ytfc.net.
