CHE Adams is fit and available for Saturday's showdown with Burnley.

The striker missed last weekend's visit of Leeds United after picking up a minor muscular issue whilst on international duty with Scotland.

But the 25-year-old is now back in contention, with Jack Stephens (knee) the only casualty currently in the treatment room.

Boss Ralph Hasenhuttl said: "Still Jack Stephens is missing.

"Che Adams is back in training and available for the weekend.

"I think that’s it. There are no injuries there anymore otherwise.

"So I can pick definitely from a big squad."

Despite Adams's return to fitness, Hasenhuttl has a decision to make whether to bring him back into the side.

New-look strike duo Nathan Redmond and Armando Broja impressed against Leeds, combining for the latter to score the only goal of the contest.

"I think the last game showed that the attack was definitely a little bit more dangerous for the opponent," said Hasenhuttl.

"We had some very good chances created.

"Reddy was one part of this attacking staff, but also the other guys were doing a really good job here.

"This is always a good argument for getting another chance to play together so we will have a look what we do at the weekend."

He added: "Form is always helpful for the attacking players, definitely. Armando had a slow start here but showed very quick that he has some weapons you can use.

"Because of the injury of Che, it was the first chance for him to start and I think he grabbed his chance with both hands."

James Ward-Prowse serves the second of a three-game suspension.
