ASTON Villa boss Martin O'Neill has criticised Saints for not playing Steven O'Halloran against Plymouth last week.
George Burley signed the full back on loan but failed to include him in his matchday squad of 16 for the trip to Devon.
And caretaker bosses John Gorman and Jason Dodd are not expected to start him in this afternoon's FA Cup tie at home to Bury either.
"We sent him out to Southampton where he is not in the team," O'Neill said of the Republic of Ireland under-21 international at his press conference yesterday.
