FIORENTINA goalkeeper Bartlomiej Dragowski is reportedly set to leave Serie A side Fiorentina with Saints the destination.
The 24-year-old Polish international goalkeeper has been linked to a St Mary’s move on a number of occasions over the last three seasons.
But according to popular Polish football journalist Tomasz Wlodarczyk, Dragowski is now finally set to make his Premier League move.
🚨 Bartłomiej Drągowski odejdzie z Fiorentiny. Miał propozycje z Hiszpanii, ale według mojej wiedzy trafi do Premier League. Jego nowym klubem ma być Southampton.

He has not played for his Italian club side for nearly three months, and is on contract terms that expire next summer.
Piettro Terraciano has emerged as the club’s new number one, while local publication Firenze Viola had earlier detailed that Dragowski is very unlikely to sign a renewed deal.
Although Dragowski has only made eight appearances this season after suffering an injury, he was the first-team goalkeeper in each of the last two campaigns for Fiorentina – keeping 19 clean sheets since then.
Dragowski is a six-foot three-inch tall stopper with big potential at only 24, having made his international debut in a 5-1 win over Finland back in 2020.
Dragoswki signed for Fiorentina from Polish top-division side Jagiellonia Bialystok back in 2016, and he played at Europa League qualifying level for them.
Alex McCarthy looks set to remain at Saints after he signed a new deal this year, as confirmed by the FA intermediary transaction report but not announced by the club.
Meanwhile, Fraser Forster and Willy Caballero are also on terms that expire next month.
