TWO members of Southern Vipers' Charlotte Edwards Cup-winning side have been included in the latest England squad.

Off spinner Charlie Dean and fast bowler Lauren Bell have been called into a 13-player squad for a one-off Test match against South Africa.

The contest, which takes place between June 27-30 at the County Ground in Taunton, forms the first part of the multi-format series.

Four points are on offer from this game, with two points then up for grabs in each of the white-ball games.

Bell could make her debut for her country, as one of five uncapped players in the squad.

The game will be shown live on Sky Sports.

Meanwhile, six Vipers have been named in the England A squad, for a three-day game against South Africa at Arundel, starting on June 21.

Georgia Elwiss captains the side, with Vipers teammates Maia Bouchier, Freya Kemp, Ella McCaughan, Tara Norris and Danni Wyatt all included.

Vipers, who have not played since winning the Charlotte Edwards Cup final on June 11, return to action with a friendly against South East Stars at Hambledon on Saturday.

They are back in competitive action on July 2, visiting Central Sparks to begin the defence of their Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy.
