Saints' Gregory Vignal has been successful in his red card appeal.
The French left back was sent off for an off-the-ball incident on Tuesday night just eight minutes from time at Molineux.
Saints appealed the decision, and now the full-back is available rather than facing a three game ban.
Saints boss Nigel Pearson, said: "I am very pleased that we will now have Gregory available for Saturday because he has been playing well.
"We felt we were well within our rights to put in an appeal and the staff have worked hard to prepare a good case and I am glad that common sense has prevailed."
