DETAILS have been confirmed for Saints’ FA Cup trip to Crystal Palace.

Nathan Jones will take his side to Selhurst Park on Saturday, January 7 for the third-round contest.

The game is set to kick off at 12.30pm, but has not been selected as one of six televised games in the UK.

Saints have enjoyed good runs in the FA Cup in recent years, reaching the semi-finals and quarter-finals in the past two seasons.

Palace are managed by five-time FA Cup winner Patrick Vieira.

Saints are winless in their past three trips to Selhurst Park, including a 1-0 defeat there in October, thanks to an Odsonne Edouard goal.

Jones’s men begin 2023 with a home clash against Nottingham Forest on January 4 and then head to Goodison Park to play Everton on January 14, after the trip to Palace.

Ticket details for the FA Cup game will be released in due course.
