SAINTS striker Che Adams is a doubt for tomorrow’s clash with Fulham at St Mary’s, according to manager Ruben Selles.

Adams missed four games with a calf injury suffered during the March international break before returning for Saints’ 1-0 defeat to Bournemouth.

On Monday night, he started for the first time since that muscular problem and played 76 minutes as Saints were beaten 4-3 by Nottingham Forest. Now, Adams is a doubt for the meeting with Fulham, his status set to be determined with a late fitness test on Saturday ahead of the game.

Adams leads Saints with ten goals in all competitions - five in the league - with his most recent strike coming in the 3-3 draw with Spurs.

In addition to Adams, Saints will be without Mohammed Salisu, Juan Larios, Romain Perraud and Tino Livramento. The latter is back in training with the first team but not yet ready to participate in Premier League action.

Meanwhile, Selles confirmed that Armel Bella-Kotchap will miss the remainder of the season following his hamstring injury suffered at Nottingham Forest.

"Tino is back in training, but it is too soon for the weekend," Selles said on Friday afternoon.

"We have (Mohammed) Salisu, Juan (Larios), Romain (Perraud) and Armel Bella-Kotchap out. Armel is out for the rest of the season with a hamstring injury. Ché (Adams) is also a doubt, we will wait until tomorrow to see."

Saints could see their relegation to the Championship confirmed on Saturday should they fail to beat Fulham. They enter the game on the back of a ten-game winless run.
