SAINTS supporters have reacted to the news that West Ham United have agreed a deal to sign James Ward-Prowse.

Multiple publications have reported that there is now an agreement in place for the Southampton captain to make the switch to the London Stadium.

The fee is believed around the £30 million mark with the 28 year old reportedly set to sign a four-year deal with the Europa Conference League winners.

Having joined Saints as a youngster Ward-Prowse has risen through the ranks before going on to make 422 appearances for the club.

During that time the 11-time England international has scored 55 goals and made 55 assists.

Saints_analysis on Twitter said: "Each to their own as we’re all fans, but there will not be an ounce of hate in my body towards James Ward-Prowse."
