SAINTS host Sheffield Wednesday looking to match their all-time Football League unbeaten run of 19 matches.

Manager Russell Martin made nine changes to his starting team last time out for the 4-0 FA Cup third round win over Walsall.

It means he has almost a fully recharged group to take on Wednesday and former Saints assistant Danny Rohl is now in the Owls dugout.

The visitors have won more points (15) than any Championship side except Leicester City and Saints since the start of December.

Here is how we think Martin will line his Saints side up...

Goalkeeper

Joe Lumley impressed on his Saints debut but will step aside as number one Gavin Bazunu reclaims his jersey in league action.

Defenders

Kyle Walker-Peters, Jan Bednarek and Ryan Manning were all rested entirely during last weekend's cup match and can return to the fold fresh.

Taylor Harwood-Bellis did play 66 minutes against Walsall and stood out with an exceptional clipped assist for the opening goal.

Midfielders

Flynn Downes is also rested after playing through illness in December, with Stuart Armstrong set to reclaim his place in the 10 ahead of him.

Supporting could be Shea Charles or Charly Alcaraz, who both played well against Walsall, but we suspect Will Smallbone will get the nod.

Attackers

Adam Armstrong has contributed more goals and assists combined than any other player in the Championship this season.

He will be keen to add to his 13 strikes. On the opposite flank, Ryan Fraser will look to feed number nine Che Adams

Full predicted team:

Bazunu; Walker-Peters, Harwood-Bellis, Bednarek, Manning; Downes, Smallbone, S Armstrong; A Armstrong, Fraser, Adams.
