SAINTS have issued must-read advice on how supporters can access match tickets ahead of the 2024/25 Premier League season.

All season tickets and match tickets will now only be available digitally on the new Saints Ticket app, which is available to download now.

Season ticket holders will not receive a season ticket on the app and instead will receive tickets individually on a match-by-match basis.

This will be the only app on which supporters can access tickets. Each match ticket will provide a QR code to be scanned for access at St Mary's.

Season ticket holders are set to be emailed by the club, with the following guidance and a step-by-step guide on the new ticketing system issued...

IMPORTANT APP INFORMATION

Supporters are encouraged to download the app as early as possible. This will give you the most time to familiarise yourself with the features.

Once downloaded, register with the email address you purchase tickets through - log in using the same email you use for your MySaints account to buy tickets.

After setting up your account with your MySaints email, you will receive a 6-figure verification code. Once received, input it into the app to activate your account.

Tickets for the opening Premier League fixture will appear by Friday, July 26, and the QR code will be activated 12 hours before each fixture.

Season ticket holders will not receive a season ticket on the app, instead they will receive tickets individually on a match-by-match basis.

ON MATCHDAY

All tickets on the app will have a QR code activated 12 hours before kick-off. Tablets are not recommended as they will not fit into the scanners.

At St Mary's, you will be able to scan through the turnstiles using the app. The app does not need wi-fi or data ensuring all supporters can access it.

We do encourage you to load your ticket at home before leaving for the stadium. This will avoid delays at the turnstiles.

You can find your booked tickets in the Saints Tickets app under 'My Tickets'. Multiple tickets will be seen by swiping right to left.

Scroll up and down on the ticket to see information on stand, entrance, blocks, row, and seat, as well as other important matchday information.

TICKET TRANSFERS

Once you receive tickets, you will be able to use the 'Transfer' button to transfer tickets through their email address.

Each ticket will go to the lead booker to distribute, we encourage you to share with the individual for ease of access. Transfers will be capped at 1 to offer protection for supporters.

The system will allow the lead booker to assign the tickets to their party, or transfer their own to someone else if they are not able to attend. Screenshots will not work.

If there has been any error in sending to the wrong email address, you will be able to cancel the transfer if the ticket hasn't been accepted by the recipient.

Saints plan to add each game to the app seven days prior but could be later for matches that require a shorter turnaround, such as cup games or festive period.

Away matches will remain as physical tickets for the foreseeable future.

If fans can't download or use the Saints Tickets app, please get in touch with the club's ticket office team by calling  02381 780 780 or email: tickets@saintsfc.co.uk.

Any fans who do not have a smartphone and those with accessible needs will be able to request a physical season ticket card if needed.

Junior fans who may not have a smartphone will be able to store tickets on their registered adult’s smartphone within the new app.
