SAINTS winger Sam Edozie believes the Belgian league suits his style of play following his season-long loan move to Anderlecht.
Edozie joined Belgium's most successful club following a failed loan switch to Rangers earlier this month.
Edozie is yet to secure his first win at Anderlecht having drawn twice and lost to Genk in his first three games.
The 21 year old admitted he is still getting used to his new teammates and insisted he needs to improve in the final third.
Speaking to Belgian outlet DH, Edozie explained: “It's a quality league with a lot of transition play that suits my style of play.
"I'm trying to get used to it and find connections with my teammates. For example, I talk to Kasper Dolberg so that we know how the other likes to be served and how he likes to run.

"My teammates see what I can do and try to put me in the right conditions. But I am not yet satisfied with everything.
"For example, I must improve my final move. I work hard and try to take inspiration from the best in the world to move up a level."
Russell Martin has challenged Edozie to return to the form he showed early last season while out on loan.
He scored six goals and provided three assists for Southampton last season but was in and out of the starting lineup towards the end of the campaign.
"I think it's a brilliant move for him," Martin told the Daily Echo. "He just needs to get back playing, get his spark back.
"Sam wanted to go out on loan and play from day one of pre-season. We were trying to get him back to a point where he can help us here.
"I don't think that us as a group and he has been able to do that. He had his mind set on playing elsewhere this season and playing every game.
"Now he has to go and play every week at Anderlecht, a big club with a lot of expectations. It will be interesting. We will watch with a lot of excitement at what he can do.
"He needs to put himself in a really good position for us over a longer period. That is the aim. He was in such a good place last year.
"Then he got injured and he hasn't been able to get back to where he was. Hopefully this move will enable him to do that."
