EVERY word Saints boss Ivan Juric said following their 1-0 FA Cup fourth round defeat to Championship side Burnley.

Ivan, a frustrating 1-0 defeat, do you have the same feeling?

IJ: I don't know, I'm frustrated with the result. I think we did a really good performance and I feel that even in the stadium, we enjoyed the game until we conceded one scrappy goal.

We were really bad at scoring the goal. We had lots of moments, lots of chances, lots of free-kicks near their area and we weren't able to score.

The last shot on target was in the 47th minute, how do you fix that problem? I don't know, I think there was moments where you really had to score.

IJ: Manning two times with Sulemana and other situations. I think it was a miss, even in the Manning situation.

The first chance was a miss of a little bit, not quality, but I can say confidence because Dibling was alone.

You have to work. I think we have a very young team in attack, we can do it better and they can improve it.

What did you make of Ryan Manning's performance and Welington playing at centre-back?

IJ: We have a problem with the left centre-back, today Welington played like the other day, and I have to say that he did really well.

Manning normally scores goals in this moment, because he has very good quality, and I think really that we did lots of good things, even left side, right side.

(He had some) very good moments, created lots of opportunities, and I'm disappointed with the result.

What does Kamaldeen need to do in order to improve his final third output, it feels like the only thing he is missing at the moment.

IJ: He did some really good things, I think he's a little bit impatient at the moment, and he wants to do one-on-one in the situation that he has to play.

I think it's normal because he's really feeling good, he wants to do his best, and I'm sure that what I saw in the training, even today, he will score the goals.

Just to check, was Ramsdale on the bench because of his recent injury?

IJ: We gave the time to Ramsdale to recover well, and I think Alex is really good.

No Flynn Downs in the squad again today, is there something you can tell us about that situation?

IJ: it's a bad situation, I think that sometimes when it's a market window, things that you don't want happen.

We had very good behaviour of lots of players that had offers, I can say that Jan Bednarek had the biggest offers from one big club.

He stayed training, playing the games, and then the club decided not to sell him, and sometimes the players don't behave very good.

Now we have to think about how to resolve the problem, but I have to say I was a little bit disappointed.

Yeah, that's a problem. It's not unusual, they do not do the thing correctly like you have to do, you have ideas and everything.

But what is important, put on the t-shirt, go to the training, train hard, and then you can disagree with the coach, or with the club, or with everybody.

What is important is training hard, playing hard, and then everything, everything is resolvable.
