Kieren Fallon, along with fellow horse-racing jockeys Fergal Lynch and Darren Williams, will not be allowed to continue riding in Britain after being charged as part of a police investigation into alleged race-fixing.
The six-times champion jockey stood in front of racing's regulators this morning, pleading to be allowed to continue riding in Britain.
He argued he should not be banned, even though he has been charged as part of the police investigation into alleged race fixing with conspiracy to defraud punters.
The three appeared in front of a special panel at the Horseracing Regulatory Authority's headquarters and Fallon can now only ride in Ireland, where he still possesses an Irish jockey's licence.
