Former Hampshire batsman Michael Clarke will captain Australia for the first time tomorrow.
Clarke, 26, will become Australia's youngest skipper for 28 years when he leads his country against New Zealand in a Twenty20 international in Perth.
He said: "I've been given a chance for one game and I'm going to try to make the most of it.
"But I don't want to look too far ahead - Ricky Ponting is our leader. I'll just enjoy the opportunity."
