Hampshire star Dimitri Mascarenhas is the latest international cricketer to turn Bollywood star.
The England one-day international has become the third and final English cricketer to sign up for the forthcoming film Victory' - an Indian cricketing equivalent of Bend It Like Beckham'.
Fellow England internationals Sajid Mahmood and Simon Jones signed up earlier in the week.
Appearing in a Bollywood film represents a remarkable rise to international stardom for Mascarenhas, who only broke into the England senior side during 2007.
Mascarenhas, who was yesterday named in the England squad for the forthcoming ODI tour of New Zealand, said: "I am excited to be involved in the film.
"It's a bit of a change from my recent winters but it should be a great project.
"I will be rolling my arm over against the star of the show'.
"Coupled with the one day series in New Zealand, this is a really exciting winter for me."
