Confident after three wins from four matches, Trojans put their Southern Electric Premier League Division 2 leadership credentials firmly on the line at Stoneham Lane tomorrow, 1pm.

They currently lie second to Lymington's unbeaten start.

"But this is a massive game," says skipper Simon Williams.

"Andover are a very useful side, who weren't that out of place in Premier 1 last year."

Trojans, minus Jamie Donaldson, call up left-hander Mario Mohammed and Nick Wood.

Rowledge, dismissed for a paltry 73 by Trojans last week, visit high flying Lymington, who are confident of sweeping to a fourth successive win at the Sports Ground.

"We've had a great a start and confidence is high in the camp," enthused skipper Adie Hunt.

Lymington are at full strength, which means no place for teenager Tom Thorp, the hero of a last ball win over Havant two weeks ago.

"Tom will play in the 2nd XI, where he'll get much more opportunity," Hunt explained.

Defending champions Ventnor face Purbrook without three front line players but appear to have unveiled untapped batting talent down the order !

John Birchall, Matt Compton and teenager Rob Snell, who is performing in the Island Rock Festival, all miss Purbrook's Steephill visit.

But Ventnor have Charlie Freeston itching to reproduce his six-hitting form for Hampshire 2nd XI on island soil.

"The story goes that Charlie hit six sixes in an unbeaten 43 for Hampshire Seconds against Yorkshire at the Rose Bowl last week, so we're anxious to hear all about it," smiled skipper Mark Whyte.

"I'm sure Charlie won't let us down."

Ben Adams and Graham Barrett returns for St Cross Symondians against Old Tauntonians & Romsey at the Royal Green Jackets Ground.

But Kevin Boniface has fractured his finger and Jack Jenkins, who hit a half-century against Havant II last weekend, is back at Sherborne.
