Under pressure, scrum Ralf Surtees spun the ball wide and some slick passing saw winger Clark go around his man to touch down in the corner.
Trojans were dominant in the set piece and starting to put some good phases together.
After impressive interplay by their forwards on the halfway line, number 8 Mackintosh drove down the middle to the twenty-two. From the ensuing ruck, the ball was spun right for Clark to score again in the corner.
Play was now all happening in the Farnborough half and Trojans could have ran riot but for some courageous defence.
After the break, Trojans too often took the wrong options, however, with space not being used out wide where Sesun was causing big problems with the ball in his hand.
Centre Boyd went on a good run, making 30 metres from a spilt pass in open play.
From a quick lineout Trojans ran the ball back at the Farnborough defence to score a soft try.
Sesun, once again with ball in hand, made a lovely run, carving through the North Hampshire defence for Boyd to score.
