So just over a week left until I return to the UK and get ready for fight week!

This week has consisted of my final hard week of sparring.

I have flown in my striking coach, Mike Valle, and we are working together hard twice a day to ensure I am 100% ready for fight day.

My weight is just about perfect, if not maybe just a little heavy but I will be on that 185 pound limit come 15th February 2013.

I am going to do a juice detox over the next five days which will also help bring the weigh down a little.

I have had a huge amount of support on Twitter over the last few weeks, and it has really got me pumped to get in there on 16th February and show my appreciation.
