I WAS extremely impressed by the article about when the Do-X flying boat landed on Southampton Water (Daily Echo, Heritage Review, January 19). In my humble opinion it was little short of brilliant.
The other point I noticed was that the machine was German.
As per nowadays, they are so much better than English, who in my lifetime have lapsed from world leader to poor underdog.
