Thank you Mr Webb (Letters, Janaury 13) for informing me how the Lib Dems vote.
In my opinion the proposed development at Velmore will exacerbate flooding in the low lying areas of Magpie Lane and Nightingale Avenue.
On January 12 I spoke with the Environment Agency and a further meeting is being arranged. I will keep Bill Luffman informed of the outcome.
