TWO questions following the outcome of the independence referendum: Will the Scottish MPs be barred from voting when the outcome of discussions between Messrs Salmond and Cameron are put before Parliament for approval, on the grounds that they, the Scottish MPs, have a vested interest?
And can Mr Cameron come up with a solution which satisfies the rest of the United Kingdom and does not compromise his ideas of what changes he hopes to obtain from the European Union, for the UK as a whole?
