Action should have been taken sooner
Re Daily Echo, November 5. How on earth was the so-called neighbour from hell allowed to cause so much distress for so long?
Restraining orders were in place and ignored as she carried on making people’s lives a misery and the best the judge could do was to issue a long overdue Asbo.
She should have been sectioned and compelled to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.
I would have thought that anybody acting in the manner described would need help.
