The Labour leader election process was well publicised and according to party rules Ed won fair and square.

OK, so Ed isn’t your polished politician with the nice haircut and the charm offensive – but look where that got us before – Thatcher, Blair, Cameron.

When you vote for someone you should vote for what they can offer you, vote for their achievements, vote for things that will benefit the many, not just the few.

You have to ask why the media focus so much on Miliband eating a sandwich?

Or making Plasticine models of him?

Could it be that he is on to something and this is the only form of attack they really have?
