All now becomes clear. It really is a no wonder that Councillor Liz Mizon and the Lib Dem leader do not allow Coxford councillors to put pen to paper when it comes to replying to any Daily Echo letters concerning Coxford Ward.
The latest Coxford Focus leaflet written by the three Coxford councillors reads: 1. Coxford Ward's Liberal Democrats . . . will not speak up for our area (Labour candidate in Daily Echo) 2. I am doing everything I can to ensure that the residents of Coxford Ward are well represented at any and every occasion (Labour candidate in the Labour Rose, January 2007).
3. There are just 49 votes in it.
Shooting oneself in the foot comes to mind but I'm not complaining.
