Is this the way to treat our dedicated home carers, who have reached very high nursing standards? Is cutting their wages the way of saying 'well done' and 'thank you'?
I had these carers visiting my home for 12 years, attending my very sick late husband.
Their dedication and empathy was unsurpassable, they always left my husband comfortable with a smile on his face.
I thank all carers who certainly don't deserve the stress some are experiencing at the moment.
I propose your wages should be increased and I am sure the majority of users think the same. You are worth it.
