PC Yurner acted like a thug. When joining the force he took an oath to uphold the law. His actions were wholly illegal, against police protocol and a prime example of why many members of the public have lost faith in the police.
Would he have admitted his vicious attack were it not for the CCTV? How often does this type of police brutality take place? We will never know.
I say jail Turner as an example to others.
Police are not above the law, merely paid by the taxpayer to uphold it.
