Concerning the release of the cockpit video from the blue on blue incident.
The Pentagon was remiss in witholding evidence to the coroner's court. The MoD was even more at fault for denying its existence.
Having viewed the tape and the voice recordings I am convinced that the US military are at fault.
Firstly, National Air Guard are territorial units, part-timers. As such their current levels of ability are by the very nature of being part- timers are bound to be inadequate.
The tapes clearly define the Orange Panels displayed by all Coalition Forces. The fact that the pilots interpreted them as rocket launchers reveals that their training levels were inadequate for the their deployment.
The fault for this must rest with the authority who ordered the deployment of aircrew with insufficient local intelligence.
